Interesting looking place. The inside sure looks better than the exterior. Lots of work but lots of potential too.
Yeah and 430k for a place probably requiring another 150k in renovation costs, provided you do most work yourself.kinda love that, but it would be hell to fix up properly
There seem to be 2 kitchens "featured." The stainless one may be workable, the other is more or less just a parlour, looking like an oversized breakfast bar. For that price what could you possibly expect?I don’t like the kitchen nor the price.https://www.priceypads.com/middlese...e-with-2000-of-sandy-beach-lists-in-new-york/
The amount of stainless in the kitchen rivals institutional/restaurant kitchens. Perhaps it is designed for the person that has a professional chef preparing their meals, but is void of any warmth that a home kitchen would typically have. With 4 houses on the property who knows? One of them should be “typical and lovely”, yes? There seem to be 2 kitchens "featured." The stainless one may be workable, the other is more or less just a parlour, looking like an oversized breakfast bar. For that price what could you possibly expect?![]()
I don't know why, but looking at that 1 makes my teeth hurt, even...
If it flies, floats, $&#^@, or requires regular maintenance to the pinsetter, it's better to rentWhat? You don't like the bowling alley?!?!? @betarhoalphadelta

14x the price of the next most expensive home for sale in the same neighborhood.
I thought I recognized the place, that's Billy Joel's house.I don’t like the kitchen nor the price.https://www.priceypads.com/middlese...e-with-2000-of-sandy-beach-lists-in-new-york/
You are correct, you big shot, you.I thought I recognized the place, that's Billy Joel's house.
No I wasn't ever there but I saw it mentioned somewhere else when it first went on the market.
You may be wrong for all I know, but you may be right.I thought I recognized the place, that's Billy Joel's house.
You could probably get it for $29M.I do love Sedona, but not $30M worth.
Looks like a great place to start a cult. Some weird stuff Here
I was thinking a similar thought. The main building is cult headquarters complete with several indoctrination areas. The big log cabin was nice.Looks like a great place to start a cult.
Yeah, struck me as a "New Age" retreat center. You'd need ~300 members willing to "donate" ~$100K each to make it pay.Looks like a great place to start a cult.
Are you sure the cult doesn't convey?Looks like a great place to start a cult.
Well if you count the 6 wives and the 17 concubines, that's one family.Single family home my butt, that's the Sedona Creative Life Center and it is/was a New Age retreat center.
Nailed it! And, no I didn't know that already.Single family home my butt, that's the Sedona Creative Life Center and it is/was a New Age retreat center.
