Whats is the best water profile for a neipa

There's a lot of posts on the subject but I think this is a nice write-up: Water Treatment for New England IPAs
He gives a water profile there which is a good place to start. What is "best" will obviously depend on taste and what you aim for, some like neipas very round and full while others prefer a bit dryer.
