Hello there, I want to brew a 20 litres batch of Triple. Unfortunately, fermentation fridge isn’t working. I do have a brewzilla with spunding valve. Now I know Belgian yeasts are for esters. Given my situation please recommend if I can make a good beer by fermenting under pressure. I’m in India at the moment, with summer season going on.

Ingredients

Pilsen Malt: 7 Kg

Arome Malt: 0.2 kg

Saaz Hops: 100 GM

Mangrove Jack Triple yeast

Consider doing a Saison or a Super Saison, and waiting for a bit cooler weather or until your fermentation fridge is back online for the Triple.
A Saison does great when fermented warm.
Much appreciated, thanks. I may have to buy a new refrigerator it seems. My family & friends have requested a Triple.
