I'm looking to upgrade from my 8-gallon BK (too many boilovers). I think 10 gal will do fine, but I'd be willing to go up to 15 gal, if the price is rite. Shipping would probably put me out of my price range, so I'm looking for something I can pickup near Huntsville, Alabama. I'd be willing to drive to Nashville, Chattanooga, Birmingham, or Atlanta. I'll also be near Asheville, North Carolina next week, so I could pick up near there as well.

Anyone have anything?

If you're okay with aluminum, find a local Mexican grocery store ("supermercado") and ask for a tamale pot/steamer ("vapoera"). I bought a 10-gallon pot for like $40 and it comes with a lid and a steamer insert that I use a false bottom of sorts.

I've got a Ssbrewtech 10 gallon kettle that is let go for cheap, factoring in shipping. Downside is I used to use it in a herms system, so it has holes where the coil used to be. The holes are common size for caps that Ssbrewtech sells. Let me know if you're still looking.

Thanks! I actually went ahead and pulled the trigger on a Spike, so I'm good now.
