Voice Chat

Has any one here ever used the ventrilo voice chat program? It is a great voice chat program.
Wouldn't it be cool to talk to other members about brewing and newbees being able to talk to a more experienced brewer.
Text is great,but couldn't voice chat be a great extension to any hobby?
Just throwing it out there for comment.

i think on a day to day basis it would be pretty dull and cumbersome, but if you were streaming a brew session it would be cool.

I have a Vetrilo server and a Teamspeak server. I actually took the Vent server down because nobody used it. We use the TS server for WoW.

It *could* be cool depending on who was using it and for what purpose. I can see it being handy if one was brewcasting and had a it running instead of a chat channel. Although the audio would most likely be 5-10 seconds faster than the video...
