Inside its roughly 72-77 degrees depending on where in the house. I looked online and am employing a towel-bath-fan technique to cool the carboy appropriately but this cant go on for 3 weeks to a month. Will it adversely affect my beer if I just use this technique for cooling during the primary fermentation and then when that is over removing them and allowing the temperature to rise to roughly72-75 degrees during a long primary and lagering stage or should I tough it out and keep it going for the duration before bottling? Also when I bottle will these higher temps negatively impact the quality of my beer during bottle conditioning?
