Question: my normal temp controlled fridge is full with ales. I have my kegerator and on the lowest setting its holding at about 12-15C. Would this be ok to use even if I don't have my temp controller hooked up to be able to try a 3G lager? Or should I just wait till I have room? My wife's out of town so I'm trying to brew all I can while she is away. Haha

You could do a kolsch or other pseudo-lager, just to be safe, that's a pretty high temp for most lagers.

How low can it go? Maybe find a setting a little lower that would be more lager-ideal.

Either way, if you've got room, brew something. That's what I would do if the wife was away. :)
