I have 3# of 2 row that was crushed 3 months ago is it OK to still use it it to make up my 7# grain bill in a light lager or will it be oxidized?
use or pitch grain?

It might be fine. Go taste a few grains. If they taste great, then use them. If they taste stale or "funny", then don't use them.

Sounds good , they have been in stored in a plastic bag inside a brew cube.
