Well its already down to the fg i want. 1.030 to try keep it sweet but it tastes weird. All iced tea flavor is gone and theres no flavor from the malt extract just a strange lemon flavor. I added 2 cups of real tea i steeped with 4 tea bags each and its better but now im going to pretty much freeze it to stop fermentation and then see how it is. Any thoughts on if you were to ferment only dme and to a high og then add tea when its done
