Hello guys,

I was wondering is it possible to ruin fermentation process if I crop too much yeast from the top? For example, if I top crop all yeast after cca 48 hours after fermentation start and be able to see some healthy yeast/krausen even later (let's say after another 48 hours)?
I presume that's not so recommended but just want to make sure, that's the main reason for asking.

Thank you very much for your answer and understanding.

I think the chance to ruin something is really small and stems not from removing yeast cells but by infecting the beer..
