Tonights drunk thread...

I am getting absolutely blasted tonight. My sole intention is to get drunk enough to have to make bloody marys in the morning.

I just popped the first of MANY tonight. Bell's Two Hearted. Let the solo party begin. Well, it will only be solo because I'm here by myself...of course I need company in this thread..... :rockin:

FYI I have been drinking emergen-c its a powdered energy/vitamin drink. If I have that while I am drinking I have no complaints in the morn.

I went out looking for that today...no luck.

I did find Bigfoot 2007, Hops Infusion (had to buy some to try for the_bird), Loose Cannon, and Old Leghumper Porter.

I got a pick up with a 80lbs bag of rack salt and 180 lbs of sand (120 of it is frozen to my drive way atm ) so I should be OK. I want a Hummer, but not those comercial pieces of crap I want a good old fashioned US military one. You can flush all the flash and pansy stuff they throw on the civilian ones

I went out looking for that today...no luck.

I've only been able to find it at one store and they only have it in 6pks(bought 2) and it's kinda pricey, $19 and change for 2 sixers...

I'm still hurtin' pretty bad from last night, as far as I can remember drinks were:

1 Ellie's Brown (3:30pm at work)
2+3 Hazed and Infuzed (5:00 after a seminar at work)
4 Sierra Nevada Pale Ale (home with dinner)
5+6 Red Bull + Vodka (bars now, I woke up at 5am so I was tired)
7 22oz hazed and infused
8 redbull and vodka
9 Some sort of IPA, I couldn't see at this point, closed the bar down at 2, walked home

I think I'll just stop by the really nice liquor store on my way home from work and pick up a 12'er of something, sip a few with dinner, and go to sleep early.

wish i would of went to the bars with you last night!! my night was lame! just played cards and put down a case of yellow fizzy water (budweiser), and passed out at the table!

It's been a long time since I got drunk. I drink solo, but don't ever get drunk by myself. It was the last Hop Madness, way too much sampling. You get 70-80 homebrewers together to celebrate the harvest... An RV can be a good thing.

I'm in. A couple of beers at dinner, just got home and ready to get serious. The hangover is only a memory. That friggin Bells #6 Wheat that I bought yesterday has some SERIOUS foaming issues, so I'm sipping a SN Stout while I wait for it to settle down.

Got back a while ago from a honkin' ass dinner. I'll be crackin' one in a few. I asked my wife to pick me up some Bridgeport IPA, so of course I'll be drinking Blackstrap Stout tonight.

Will probably supplement that with some Bigfoot. :rockin:

Well, the kids and SWMBO are gone for the night to some cousin's birthday party or something. I just put the airlock on today's batch of Amber Ale (A 7%, 48 Ibu based on Mac & Jacks African Amber) and Im all cleaned up. Still got a couple of gallons of Opie's Freckle Faced Pale Ale in the keg, so might as well get to it. As one of my college buddies was fond of saying, "If your not wasted, the day is"
