I've read through all the carbonation stuff for keggin beer.

The only thing I am unclear of is how long to leave beer at said pressure.

I am doing a Bev. Hefe at 45f I believe it is suppose to be at 30psi. How long do you leave it at 30psi before the carbonation should be right to start drinking?

Try 36 hours, then drop the regulator to your serving pressure, bleed the pressure out of the keg... then pull the tap.
