Okay, forgot about a Bass Clone thats been in primary ferm since Sept. I haven't popped the lid yet. Is this going to be worth a damn to bottle or keg? Anyone know?
 
Taste it and see. That's really the only way to tell.

I don't seem to remember Bass being much of a hop-forward beer, so I don't imagine it will have lost much flavor-wise.

I'd say keg that sucker and see what happens. After sitting for 7 months, I bet it will be pretty darn clear.
