New to the whole homebrewing thing, but a craft beer lover nonetheless. My neighbor is a mad scientist when it comes to brewing beer so we tried to recreate one of my favorite beers, Three Floyds Gumballhead.
I thought I'd share a video as well as the ingredients that we used.
It didn't turn out to be a Gumballhead clone because it needed waaaay more hops but it is still a great wheat beer (a bit sweet). Still looking for a recipe to get me closer to Gumballhead, but thought I'd share if someone is looking for something a bit sweeter. Does anyone have a recipe they've confirmed that is a clone?
