Man, there have really been some interesting discussions this week. Yeast, mashing, some good recipes, tasting of Chimay Red coming up, received my copy of Warner's German Wheat Beers. I'm pumped to brew! But don't have ingredients or time this weekend. Or do I...muwahahaha (evil laugh).

I think I may be coming through Fayetteville for the weekend in a couple of weeks. I have to go to Hinesville, GA.

FV is just south of Raleigh, right?

Yep, just over an hour from Fayetteville. It's all interstate, though, if you wanted to hook up for a pint in the big city. Actually, if you're at Bragg there's a non-interstate highway that'll be a lot faster from there, but it's still a straight shot and also about an hour.
