Torrence, new mead/hard cider maker

Hello everyone,

My name is Torrence,
I'm fairly new to homebrewing as a whole. I'm currently doing a blackberry mead and apple pie hard cider at the moment. I did do a dumb mistake of 1.5 tips instead of 1.5 tsp of pectin eymznes in the blackberry mead but here's hoping that every goes okay!

Welcome to the forum from a Texas member. I'm a beer brewer but have done 2 batches of mead, no cider yet though. There are a plethora of Cider and Mead guys at HBT so you'll fit right in.
