It's cold here and my outside hose is frozen. Couldn't use my worm so I used Mother Nature to cool my wort. ImageUploadedByHome Brew1390703192.731685.jpg

I just did this the other day too. It looks like garden gnomes built a snow fort in my yard.

Its a recipe called Bees Knees. I tried some of the sample for the OG and I must say this is going to be crazy good. It tasted like tea with honey. The OG is 1.041. It did take longer to get the wort down to 70 than I wanted(1.5 hours) but thats all I could do with what I had.

I hope it turns out! It always takes me longer to cool it down than i want too, but who cares as long as the beer is good?
