I gave out beer and cider for xmas to my family this year. It was a brown ale and a spiced cider. I wasn't sure if anyone would like it really bc my whole family is full of Miller Lite diehards.

BUT! I just got this email from my sister....I guess she liked it!

dude, i have to say it again. i LOVED your beer. i drank one at home
while i was making guacamole and a loaf of vanilla cake/bread to take
to a new year's party. it was the perfect thing to make me feel kind
of holidayish and ready to go hang out with friends. you really know
what you're doing! can i put dibs on a few bottles of your next batch?

I know of only one person who doesn't like my beer, a friend up the street---but that's just because she doesn't like beer or wine at all. Vawdka-Tawnics! Everyone else is a fan...not of everything, of course-my ma doesn't care much for some of my beastier stout offerings, etc. But yeah, it's always nice to get those complements...
