Quick question for all you WI/MKE residents. Where are some good breweries/brewpubs in downtown MKE??

That makes no sense to me. The brewery is 2hrs away from Milwaukee.
Zero corroboration at this point.
What is on shelves in WI this week? Possibly coming up to pillage this weekend.
Two weeks ago in Kenosha, I found regular Speedway everywhere, but totally struck out on any of the CW BA stuff. Sounds like you have to get pretty far from Milwaukee/Madison/IL border to start finding BBBW and BBCS.Enigma. Road slush. Cabin fever. Scream
CW bbs, maybe some bbbw and bbcs.
Perhaps some foreign and intriguing mustache wax.

I assume that's the common wi frog-rabbit eating wheat in the label?
Ohhhhhh, it's a green rabbit hopping away from the viewer. I see it now.I assume that's the common wi frog-rabbit eating wheat in the label?
Cool article with some shout outs to Central Waters

"Moving forward, Central Waters will produce only BBB Ale because of its huge popularity." - that's a bit of a bummer. I rather enjoy Y2K.
Skip out of work early and come down to Jordan's Big Ten Pub! We will be featuring a brand new, yet to be named, Hoppy Sour Ale from the world famous New Glarus Brewing Co. Come early because it will be a limited release! We will also have several other taps and bottles of delicious New Glarus Brews to enjoy. Cheers!
Sure it ticks the hoppy and sour checkboxes, but it would need to be barrel-aged to get me to throw on my puffy North Face vest, jump in my SUV, and ride the left lane up there. FIB out.http://www.madbeerweek.com/content/new-glarus-hoppy-sour-happy-hour
Far from official in my mind, but if this is a brewery-only R&D beer, I'd guess general release the weekend of May 2nd.
I think I hear the FIBs collectively gassing up their Ford Pintos, etc., as I type.
This leads me to believe it may just be a more limited thumbprint rather than an r&d
le terroir was the first to cross my mind. if it's the normal thumbprint cost than it will be 1/4-1/3 the cost of any of these other beers (and probably better)Agreed. So, dry-hopped sour ale, wonder if it's on the order of Crooked Stave Dry Hopped L'Brett D'or, WWB Batch 60, etc. These are the main dry-hopped sour ales that come to mind at the moment, blanking on any others.
If Dan can do Berliner Weiss, Wild Sour Ale, Enigma, etc., at the Thumbprint price point, I'm sure he can do a dry-hopped sour ale at that price point too. Probably less time maturing than Wild Sour, no fruit like Enigma, no wine grapes like Berliner Weiss.
