The Pro Flow Dynamics Black Friday sale is pretty awesome for a lot of threaded and TC fittings. Some good valve bargains in there too. They had a medium size USPS service flat rate box but most other shipping was expensive. I left my cart sitting over dinner and it got cleared so be ready to order or open an account.

hmmm that could be a little troublesome. it may imply that there milled kits are premilled and sitting around but that seems unlikely.
