We have no plans For Sunday so I might brew a batch of beer. Not sure what yet.
The thing is I love ham! It's my favorite but I definitely need a break.
Just looked at my starter. I must have done alright. Looks like the thing is going to erupt any moment now.
I've already made a starter overnight and the next morning there was a mess on the counter.
I also have an Accumash for this beer. Never used one before, so it will be an interesting beer for sure.
Brewing on Sunday. Beer ferments for a couple of weeks. Should be enough time to kick the current keg, clean and sanitize.
Really starting to like sours but I don't think I want to go through the trouble of kettle souring.
