When it rains, it pours... degardebrewing The BlackBerry and @perennialbeer Abraxas 2018 both just arrived...Limit 1 per person, in store only!

At SD Wine & Beer Co as of like 7minutes ago.

I still remember when I had to trade for regular Abraxas all those years ago and now it is sitting on our shelves.

Sadly, I still need to trade for that wonderful lambic. Although with the recent drop of 3F seasonals, I wonder how much longer until bottles of St. Lam and Fou reappear on our shelves at respectable places (i.e. not texas wine).

I've given up on getting Cantillon. I hoped their cellar expansion was going to help out but it seems they just get raided by tourists. I'm good with 3F, Girardin, and some of the other producers/blenders for lambic.

Allagash Resurgam hit stores here. What a time to be alive....

Judging from how surprisingly empty the roads were yesterday, I think most people did take an unofficial "rain day."

So long as you didn't look at the Cal Fire San Diego twitter account it seemed like the roads were empty. So that collision yesterday resulted in 3 fatalities and 8 others injured.

During the investigation, ABC agents discovered nearly 50 establishments were either not brewing beer at all, were not brewing quantities for service consumers expect of a legitimate brew pub, or were otherwise not functioning as a brew pub.

[…]

There are approximately 150 Type 75 Brew Pub licensed premises in California and ABC’s investigation found nearly a third of those locations were not operating legitimately.
