Tropical fruit juice and funk. Light carbonation. A more lively body would make this amazing.
 
Stillwater Classique, could drink so much of that beer.

This would be my go to if I could get it locally. But seeing as how we have pretty much no Saison for sale locally, I'd say my go to is my beer Kathleen that I try to keep around. I can brew about 10 gallons for about $35-40 since all you really have to account for is the hops and malt. I maintain my culture in house so no cost there really.
 


It's a good price for a budget saison? Not gonna blow your mind or anything, but at $10/6 pack (so $1.67/bottle) it's a good saison on a budget. Apex Predator is $2/bottle and Tank 7 is $2.75/bottle, which are still really good prices. I didn't mean it was the 3rd best saison I've had, just that it's 3rd on my list of budget saisons.

Allagash Saison is pretty solid, too. Much better than some of the other large craft saison. I'm fairly sure they use Blaugies yeast, and they do it well.
