The Parting Glass

During my evening brew and music enjoyment I listened to my much loved song, The Parting Glass ( by the High Kings).

It had me wondering, home brewing is a hobby and a passion. I want to know what some of your original recipes are that you would say is your greatest accomplishment and what back story there is with it.

It would take me a while to answer your question, though for certain my greatest accomplishments are other than brewing. In brewing, generally, my best are rewarded by being considered professional quality.
