Hey All:

I'm a probie in making cider and I've spent the better part of the last three weeks (well I was on vacation this last week so 2 weeks or so) reading all of your posts. Really appreciate the advice and knowledge you guys (and gals) are handing out. I just got the premium membership today and I'm looking forward to reading all of your posts and recipes and trying them out myself. Hope you are all doing well! Take care!

Welcome Joe. I just bottled my first cider yesterday! I initially thought I was going to enjoy it "still" but decided to make it sparkling. So, I'm keeping an eye on the carbonation over the next week and will pasteurize it when its carbed up. Like you, I found the discussion here to be very helpful.
