Hey everybody!
I'm currently growing Tettnanger and Hallertau. I'm planning on picking up a Spalter Select rhizome (Unless anybody has a source for straight Spalt rhizomes).
As you can tell... I'm a noble hop guy. I like aromatic hops with pretty low alpha acid levels. So a couple of days ago, I found Teamaker for sale. I read the description, and the idea of a super-high beta, low alpha hop makes me all giggly on the inside. However, I can't find anything on the aromatic profile of teamaker.
Has anybody grown or brewed with teamaker? I'm wildly interested in learning more about this variety. Information of ANY kind will receive my deepest gratitude.
