I recently made a Citra Single Hop IPA that I found on BrewToad. It came out incredible!.
Check out this funny head-to-head tasting video from a buddy of mine. I gave a him a sample to try and he opened it along side his first-ever Summit Pale Ale. Wasn't even close!

Fermentables
Hops
Yeast
Wyeast 1056

Fermentables
- 6lb Pilsen Light DME (boil)
- 2lb Golden Light DME (boil)
- 1lb Caramel Malt 20L (steep)
- .5lb Caramel Munich 60L
- .5lb White Wheat
Hops
- 1oz Citra - 60min
- 1oz Citra - 10min
- 2oz Citra - 5 min
- 2oz Citra 0 min
- 4oz Citra (dry hop for 7 days after primary is done)
Yeast
Wyeast 1056
