What should my target FG be for a Cooper APA Extract kit with 2.5 lbs of Corn Sugar added to the wort?

My OG was about 1.043 at 70 degrees F.

My OG was about 1.043 at 70 degrees F.

Going by my experiences with Coopers.....I'd say you'll finish out between 1010 and 1006. Approximately a 5% ABV.

Trust me; When brewing Coopers kits, add two cups of cane sugar to your boil. It kicks the ABV up quite a bit and adds a nice crisp finish to the final product.

Thanks for the Tip! I'm pretty sure I'll try APA again so I'll use a cane sugar variable next time.
