Tangled off shoots

My bines are doing great this year. They're 2nd year. The offshoots are growing like mad. I've noticed in several places there are several off shoots wrapping around eachother an getting entangled. My first assumption is that it's normal but then I became worried about hop yeild/ health. Could the off shoot entanglement cause issues for hop production? I've added photos to show what I'm talking about.

Mine do that too, it doesn't seem to be a problem. Unwrapping them would be difficult.
