T-Fal Clipso Pressure Cooker

I'm looking into starting to can wort for starters. My mom had this pressure cooker collecting dust in her cabinets and gave it to me to use. Problem is... she doesn't have the instructions and I can't find any that match this one online. They have the new Clipso booklets (instead of numbers, they have pictures of food), but not this one.

T-Fal Clipso

It has 0, "Steam", 1, 2 on the dial.

The red button looks to be a pressure indicator.

Can anyone tell me how to use this thing and what the different dial numbers represent?

And how do I get the different PSI amounts?

I have those printed off... but they are not for this model.

I have no idea what the numbers represent on mine.

From what I'm reading... it seems the "1" setting might be 8 psi, and the "2" setting might be 12 psi... but I have no clue why there is a "0" setting. '

Would 12 psi be enough for canning wort?

Does it fit quart jars? If not, you could probably can smaller jars, but that's not worth it IMO.
