I effing LOVE that band!

Ima,
Liked the discography idea on the Crows, tried that with Talking Heads during some god awful in-service during the week. After 20 years of teaching, I believe the sole purpose of teacher in-service is to make you WANT to have kids back in the classroom, because administration is so inept.

Today,Texas, you know why.....

Nice! I've had the past week off from work, and didn't really do much of anything. Made some beers, canned some green beans, made and canned some apple butter, but that's about it. I have an event coming up in a few weeks that I need one more beer for, so I'll be brewing that one today, and canning more beans, and getting some cleaning done. Blues sounds like a great way to make that all happen.

The show was ridiculously great. Pretty much exactly as I expected.

Nothing from me last week, as I was both suffering the effects of a long day and night of drinking, and suffering the onset of a head cold.

Having just spent yesterday at the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire, today's picks will complement that perfectly. I'm going to run through Blackmore's Night's catalog:

Shadow of the Moon (1997)
Under a Violet Moon (1999)
Fires at Midnight (2001)
Ghost of a Rose (2003)
Village Lanterne (2006)
Secret Voyage (2008)
Autumn Sky (2010)
Dance and the Moon (2013)
All Our Yesterdays (2015)
