Hey all - brewed up an ordinary bitter with WY1469 and it seemed great in hydrometer. After 2 weeks ferm (FG x1 week), I bottled. First bottle cracked tonight = strong sulphur. Totally bummed, wondering what advice folks may have, if any. Was thinking of popping the lid on a bunch of them and letting ride for a few weeks, then re-priming w/table sugar. The idea being that sulphur will off-gas. Any other suggestons/opinions?

Ok, from what I've been able to gather I should just let bottle condition for another 2 weeks at room temp and then put in garage where it can more or less "lager" a bit. Folks have stated that the sulphur quality dissipates eventually, so I'll stay positive and hope that happens.
