Drinking first all grain brew as I'm watching the superbowl.

This is also my first kegged brew.

I've done a few extract brews, and this AG brew is way smoother (no twang to it) with way better body/mouthfeel.

Recipe was:

English Pale Ale

10lb Maris Otter Pale Malt
1/2 lb Crystal 60 Malt
1/2 lb Carapils Malt

3 Oz Kent Goldings Hops

Wyeast 1335 British Ale II

1.057 SG
1.015 FG

Kegged it this morning and have been force carbing since. Still not fully carbed, but very drinkable.

Nothing like homebrew, pizza, and the superbowl.
