Stupid Question - how long will a kit last?

So, there is a particular kit that is seasonal via Austin Homebrew. If I ordered like three while they are still available, does anyone know how long they will keep?

Notes: I am doing Full Grain milled currently.

room temp: couple weeks max

cold and/or vacuum packed: longer, maybe a month up to several months for vacuum packed and frozen

In either case, longer as beer than as milled grain.
