Stuck fermentation

Fermentation in my IPA didn't finish. It got down to 1.030. OG was 1.062. It's been dead for a few days now. How long should I wait before I repitch?

Try warming it if you haven't and if that doesn't work after a day or so repitch.

I would repitch either a good sized starter at high krausen (about 12-18 hours after pitching) or pitch onto a yeast cake if you have one handy.
