Does anyone rack to secondary using a funnel with a fine strainer?

Probably not a good idea. At this point in the game you want to expose your beer to as little oxygen as possible. Syphoning to allow a gentle flow into the secondary vessel is what you'll need.

No....hopefully you aren't pouring you beer into the secondary, but are racking with a siphon or autosiphon instead.

Using a strainer will introduce un-needed oxygen into the beer, and will result in a cardboard taste.

Besides by carefully racking you leave all the gunk at the bottom of your fermenter behind.

Siphon into your secondary to avoid oxidation. Don't worry about the hops still floating around in your beer, they will settle out over time.
