I need a very easy to make barebones recipe that requires only zeus hops. Preferably a stout, but it can be anything. (I have had very little luck!)

Have you tried doing a "search" on "zeus hops" and see what happens?

Here I'll be nice and do it for you. I googled it.

The most simple would be like 6 pounds pale LME, 1 pound Roasted Barley and one oz. Zeus at 60 minutes. That would be a dry stout. I think they would go better in an American stout. For an American stout you would want to add some dark crystal, a late addition of Zeus and maybe mix up the roasted barley with some other dark malts.

x lb Base malt
12 oz Roasted barley
8 oz Chocolate
8 oz Crystal 120

x oz Zeus - 60 min (~30 IBU is what I'd go with)
0.5-1 oz Zeus - 15 min
Possible flameout addition of Zeus

I don't know how hoppy you like your American stouts, but since Zeus is similar to Columbus I imagine it would be pretty good with some late additions.
