Hello everyone,

My buddy owns an organic farm and planted some hops in there. He just brought me a 6oz bag of fresh Nugget. I won't be able to brew for at least 2 weeks. He picked them today and I put them in a bag, squeezed most of the air out and tied it. It is now in my fridge. Should I keep it in there or freeze them?

Thanks!

Cheers!

I would be concerned that storing wet hops in the fridge for two weeks will end up a mushy mildewed mess. I would dry them now, then freeze them until you're ready to use them...

Cheers!
