I am getting ready to brew a Stone IPA clone and wonder which yeast to use. Being the thrifty (cheap!) homebrewer I want to use some washed yeast I already have. My choices are Cal Ale or Wyeast 1332 Northwest Ale. The Cal Ale attenuates much better, but the 1332 is closer to the recommended British yeast. Any input? Thanks. Al
