THat would be sweet if the Bottled their yeasts lol

Yeast.

And while they may have a house strain, I'm thinking that it is something very similar to cali ale yeast. They use a very clean fermenting yeast on most of their beers. The rest, I'm betting are just strains from White Labs, too.
 
If I have beer that won't fit in the keg then it's one for me and one for the pot.
I drink half of it flat and mix the other hals with herbs and spices and reduce it to make a sweet sauce.
