Can I run it too fast? I have 1000 ml starter going and this thing is churning . Is there anything wrong with that as long as I am not throwing the bar? I can turn it way down but just curious if I can agitate it too much.

There's no particular benefit to spinning it fast, but nor is there any harm that I know of.
