The title is facetious, but I was wondering if anyone has ever added two starters together? same yeast same wort dimensions, only difference is one being further along than another. So say you made one starter 3 days later its good but not your not ready to brew, could you make a nother starter and toss the two together? I suspect that it would be fine just make more starter for you to pitch but in a higher gravity beer not a bad thing. This would also be for a 5 gallon batch and say the starter would be a total of 64 oz instead of the typical 32oz.
