Had another bottle at 4 weeks and there was a little tartness coming through that I was enthused with. Had another bottle this weekend (7 weeks?), still has a tiny bit of an edge to it, but the tartness seems to have faded. I am going to have to brew a couple batches of this late winter or early spring to have some ready for summer next year.
