I am going to brew Yooper's Cal. Common and it has an OG of 1.056 as per the recipe. So not a particularly high gravity beer. Using Wyeast 2112 lager yeast. I made a starter from 2 qts water and 1 cup of LME instead of 2 cups of LME (work related phone call when I was doing this messed things up). I ended up with around 1400ml in the 2000ml flask which is on the stir plate spinning away. Should I add say another cup of water + cup of DME boil down at some point which would take me up to around 1600-2000ml or should I just leave it alone? I plan on brewing tomorrow morning. Thanks, Montanaandy

Yeah I went ahead and added another cup of water/LME boiled down. Starter is around 1800ml and there is plenty of fuel for the yeast without a doubt. Montanaandy
