Was starting a new kit from Winexpert of Shiraz.

Step one: add Bentonite

Mistake one: spilled half package of Bentonite :smack::smack:

Am I screwed? I added end the rest and continued on. Anything I should do?

What is Bentonite for?

It is a fining agent. The bentonite binds with proteins so they don't crystallize and settle out later.

Go ahead mix it up and get your fermentation started. You'll be fine with half, if you want, you can buy and add more later.
