Hi,
I´m thinking of building a Son of a Fermentation Chiller (SoFC) to control the temperature in the fermentation process of my brews.
How cold can I get the wort with a Son of a Fermentation Chiller?
Can I get the wort to chill to 0° C (32° F) or less?
How much time does it take to reach such temperatures?
Thank you!

I have one and use it on all my brews. I think that the maximum differential you'll get between ambient and the wort is about 30 degrees F.

I have one and about 25 degrees below ambient is about what you can expect. Maybe a little more if you use the stackable water bottles. I can stack three on each side. I think doing that you may get down even more. I have never tried to see how low it can go.
