Planning on brewing a weizenbeir, plus a American cream ale this weekend. Hopefully will get them both done.

Amber Bock with a friend and a first timer friend of his. Made this before and somehow without temperature control it was great. This time with temp control it should be even more fantastic.

Brewing a 5 gallon Rye Imperial IPA. Last time I had an OG of 1.083. Used Pacman last time but will try Safeale 05 this time.

Got a Chinook IPA kit from Northern that's been sitting on my stock shelf for a few weeks now (hops are in the freezer), was thinking of turning it into a Chinook Habanero IPA. Got some dried habaneros around, and I haven't tried a pepper beer yet. I also have some extra Chinook hops to maybe dry hop with to kick up the aroma a notch.

Primary: Nothing
Secondary: Nothing
3 Gallon: Cream of Three Crops - Extract Test Batch
2.5 Gallon Mr Beer Brew Keg: Strong American Ale
Wine Bucket: Tropical Fruit Wine

Planning on doing a 1gallon all grain tester for a Schwarz-weizen. Attempt is to clone a kapuziner.

Got a jump on Playoff Weekend and brewed up two batches today. Everything went smoothly and the carboys are safe in the ferm' fridge...

Cheers! :mug:

Not brewing this weekend but bottling a Cran-Apfelwein that's been in primary since April and lightly dry hopping a batch of centennial blonde!

Brewing up an extract white ipa right now. Gotta get some beer in the fermenters! Down to 2 apfelweins fermenting, a beer kegged and an apfelwein tapped.

Brewing tomorrow. Not sure what I'm going to make yet. I am leaning toward something very dark and roasted. I have a super dark ale I made last year that was a favorite. I'm thinking about doing it again.

Brewing a batch of Scottish 80 from Zainesheff and Palmer's book. Thinking of adding a bit of Maltodextrin for more body. Love experimenting

Did a Roeselare Red yesterday on the Big Deck. Great to be outside in the 50(s) after the vortex had us in single digits a few days ago.

Im about to give up on waiting for the dang Surly Furious kit to be in stock from Northern. Anybody know of any other great kits? Think Im only brewing one batch this season and want Furious to be it. I already configured cost of ingredients and its way more expensive to buy it separatly. Even for 2.5 gal worth of ingredients.

Have you used the roselare blend before (I am assuming you mean the wyeast roselare blend), I am thinking of using that for a blueberry lambic/gueze/wild beer that I'm gonna age for 6 months or a year (I don't really have a 100% style I'm going for other than sour, blueberries, and a touch of caramel).

I am on my final approach right now just gotta go pick up the water for my freakish frankenstein Chocolate Oatmeal Milk Stout. Figured it was time I brewed my first stout and have it ready for SWMBO's birthday in March (it works perfect considering how close her b-day is to st. paddy's day). It's only 1.059 so I think it'll be reasonably conditioned by then (hope).

Inventive or ghetto?

Brewing a 10G batch of sour brown with ECY02 & La Roja dregs, in the rain obviously.

And in case you're wondering, yes, that's a tattered old golf umbrella ziptied to a rake handle held in place by a patio chair.

I'll be brewing year two of my gueuze tomorrow with ECY20. I've never used this yeast so I'm hoping for the best, it sounds pretty awesome though.

Worked today, off Monday:rockin: plan on brewing a Belgian IPA I have put off the past couple of weeks due to wind (and other things)
Starters cooking along and I need to protect my pipeline!

Just put a 1.066 milk stout into its waterbath 5 min ago. This thing is dark, much darker than brewer's friend said it would be. Tastes pretty good despite my first ever boil over in about three years of brewing.

ps...don't make sandwiches and try to watch the thermometer and then try to dump in hops...LOL.
