Plans to brew Northern Brewer's chocolate milk stout on Friday and working on a couple bitter recipes for Saturday and Sunday. Getting everything sorted out in hopes of entering the NHC.
Not really brewing but mashing up some soaked pilsener malt in the oven to make cara-pils. Also have 5 gals Lagunitas/Bee Cave IPA to keg and dry hop from 2 weeks ago.
Just got moved into our house! Dreaming of how to set up for the first brew session! A lot of unpacking to do first though. All you guys brewing this weekend have an extra home brew for me!

I will FINALLY have time to brew this weekend. I'm making a modified Two Hearted clone - reduced everything a bit, so I'll hopefully wind up with a nice 5.4% hoppy APA instead of a 7% IPA.
Teaching my old man to brew this weekend. He has shown interest in the past but it never lined up right. I'm bringing all of my equipment to his place.
Torn between all grain and extract. I would like to start him with all grain but I think he would be more apt to brew again if I started him on extract.
Based on shipping information I will not have yeast in time to make a lager starter for this weekend... So ill be brewing a starter on Sunday with the intent if brewing next Thursday morning.
I'm brewing NB's Kiwi Express New Zealand hop IPA this weekend. So stoked!!! I'm brewing every Saturday until March 6th. I take the summers off because it gets too hot in my house to ferment.
Probably brew my house North German Alt/AAA on Saturday. I guess that would make it sort of an American Amber Alt <--- BJCP please note new category, LOL!
Well, luckily, I have options this weekend. I have a buddy that I am collaborating with on a Wheat IPA. If he is able to get his shipment in from Austin Homebrew...we may do it this weekend. If not, then I may do an American Amber (actually, It's a beer right on the border of Pale Ale and Amber Ale)...going to use some Mosaic hop in this one to test it.
5 gallons of wit for the wife tomorrow. ABUs will be a little higher than style guidelines as I am using centennial, Simcoe, and Magnum left from an IPA.
