Finally getting around to brewing this year's Oktoberfest. Life really got in the way this month, but at least I'm squeezing it in on the last day!

Gonna brew a Maris Otter / Vienna IPA just dont know what hops I'll use or my hop schedule yet im thinking chinook / willamette or columbus / cascade

Making cheese, cheddar or colby, probably cheddar, I just finished making my cheese press (right about $20 bucks after tax vs the online vendors averaging close to $200!)

Just put a batch of JZ's Old Monster Barleywine in the fermenter. Man what a long day, took forever to boil down the wort to the right volume. Did this as my 40th bday beer for next January.
