Brewing a Rye Pale Ale this weekend. I don't like pale ales, by co-brewer does, but I seem to be able to stomach Rye Pale Ale's much better.

Making some kinda mutigrain stout.Using rye wheat oats barley flakes maybe some coconut sugar. All kindsa good stuffs.:p Gettin it all in there, like i do your momma, ohhh! I said that?

I HAVE to brew two beers this weekend. The first is the third iteration of my Double C Pale Ale, an American PA with Centennial and Cascades. The second is the Mojave Red Ale by Malticulous. These beers will be served at the Texas Blues and Brews festival at the end of next month, so I have to get started on them.

I think I'm going to brew a Rye IPA with Chinook,Simcoe, & Citra, and 16% Rye in the grain bill. I keep bouncing back and forth between that and a RIS. :mug:

I will be brewing a cream ale for SWMBO but I'm going to be honest, she will probably only have a chance a maybe 6 of them... :drunk:

Planning out what will inevitably be my first summery beer: a witbier brewed with ras el hanout instead of just coriander and fresh tangerine zest. It's gonna be delicious, y'all.

I'm taking a first stab at cloning the North Peak Vicious Wheat IPA...wish me luck!

Any comments/feedback is appreciated. I'm following this recipe, except I had to sub out the Amarillo for Centennial and Crystal 20L instead of the 30L (should I add a little more 60L to make up for it?).

Tentative. I have the ingredients for and want to brew BierMuncher's Outer Limits IPA. Just not sure I want to rush what I have fermenting now. Should have purchased another brewpale with my last grain order. Duh!

Brewed a Cherry Stout today, planning on brewing a Maple Syrup Dark Ale on Sunday if I can get my Honey Ale out of primary and into Secondary by then, looking like a good possibility.

Looks as if I will be after all. A friend is loaning me a fermenter bucket as all my others are full. 6 gallons of BierMunchers Outer Limits IPA.

I'm brewing my first amber tomorrow morning. I have a blond and a IPA I am real happy with to populate 2 taps in my 4 tap kegerator now I am trying to get some verity for the other 2 taps.

An American Pale with whatever leftover hops I had in the freezer. The brew buddies and I are testing out our new equipment additions. First chance we've had to brew in a month and a half. Can't wait!

Finally getting around to brewing this year's Oktoberfest. Life really got in the way this month, but at least I'm squeezing it in on the last day!

Gonna brew a Maris Otter / Vienna IPA just dont know what hops I'll use or my hop schedule yet im thinking chinook / willamette or columbus / cascade

Making cheese, cheddar or colby, probably cheddar, I just finished making my cheese press (right about $20 bucks after tax vs the online vendors averaging close to $200!)

Brewed Lakefront Brewery's clone of their dry hopped red ale last night. Fermenting beautifully...gonna make a Raspberry Wheat and American Amber this weekend.
